A card to send to buyers of a new house or a new home, particularly if it's actually only "new" to them: a letterpress housewarming card that captures the truth of homeownership! It's never been easy to buy a house, and it seems like it gets harder all the time. If you have friends who have just signed themselves up for a lifetime of maintenance headaches, why not send a housewarming card that hints at the true meaning of homeownership: the home actually owns the owners, not the other way around! I do speak from experience: my wife and I belong to a century old concrete house that leaks through its walls and eats money for breakfast, but we still love it (and it's got a great basement for printing in!).

Each card has been hand printed from my own original woodcut and antique metal type on my Nolan proof press and my Craftsmen Superior tabletop platen press. They are approximately 5-1/2" tall by 4" wide, printed on sturdy, pearl white, 100% cotton paper and come with a matching envelope. The inside is blank for your congratulatory and/or sympathetic sentiments.
